My name is Tudor, and I build technology that serves people.
AI & Autonomous Systems Engineer at the Virtual Engineering Centre, University of Liverpool. My work spans the full stack, from computer vision in robotics for social care, to backend infrastructure and frontend development.
Stack of choice: Go and Svelte/SvelteKit. Clean, fast, no unnecessary magic. Also Python, React, NextJS, computer vision, and LLMs.
Passionate about open-source and privacy-respecting technologies. I self-host wherever possible and avoid vendor lock-in. I trust my own servers more than I trust most people.
Outside work: debugging my body at the gym (gymnastics rings + heavy weights), solving problems with plastic pieces on bouldering walls, dancing Bachata and Salsa. My brain runs on continuous deployment. Sometimes there are breaking changes.
